Whenever I find myself afflicted.

By less than high vibrational thoughts.

I asked myself, to whom are the thoughts arising.

And answer, to me, to “I”, the physical “I”.

I would look at the “I” till my real self surface

My real self is the divine self, it is pure, 

It does not posses any of the human emotions,

Of anger, hate, jealousy and the like.

This practice is, the “self enquiry.”

With this practice, I am able to almost always

Operate from my real self.

Our real self is not the physical self we call “I”.

Our real self is the divine self,

It derived from the Infinite Creator.

Since it comes from the Infinite Creator, 

It is the Infinite Creator himself, itself.

As a result, it is our god-self.

Understanding God as the Infinite Creator.

In Christian sense, staying with the real self.

Is nothing other than staying in God’s presence.

It is one and the same.
