I know I am not grounded,

When I can feel my soul not being centered.

It would be hovering above.

And my head would engage in high pitch ceaseless chatter.

Off the top of my head.

Whenever I feel my spirit being dissipated.

I would close my eyes and ask, who am I?

Willing my real self to come in and take over.

I would feel myself centering and know all is fine.

Take for instance being in the state of pride.

It is so subtle, one could be not even aware of it.

Till one notices, one is not grounded, not centered.

And the head is off in mid air,

Engaged in that ceaseless chatter.

Not being grounded, not recollected in spirit.

Whenever I notice that, I get grounded,

And things fall back into proper perspective.

So the three, grounded, centered and humble are key.

When we are grounded, we are centered.

When we are centered, we are humble.

When we are humble, we are steeped in reality.

Ra: These are lessons you taught me.

Is there anything else?

Eliminate noise.

When you eliminate noise.

It helps you stay grounded, centered and humble.

Eliminate noise and agitation.

Keep your inner house always in some kind of quiet.

Where, figuratively speaking,

You are able to see every piece of furniture within.

Where not one thing is out of order.

Where everything is in place.

And you are in a place of quiet and peace.

When you are in a place of quiet and peace.

You can combat anything.

You are able to endure anything.

Because that is your strength.

Energies gathered into a whole and concentrated,

Is very strong.

A mind dissipated is a mind with energies dispersed.

Anything that clouds the mind can affect that.

Anger, jealousy, strife, alcohol, drugs.

They all have the effect of clouding the mind.

A clear mind is a gift of the Infinite Creator.

When you have arrived at that clearness of mind.

You have arrived at the Infinite Creator

Who is clearness itself, simplicity itself, integrity itself.

And all that good stuff of good, true, holy, wholesome, and beautiful.

In Harmony, peace and Unity.

And that, my dear friends, is heaven.

When you have attained to that,

You have attained to heaven on earth.
