It took so long to convince myself.

I had thought it so cool if I could see beings with my mind’s eyes.

Now I no longer do.

there is nothing like communicating spirit to spirit.

you pushed that fact home.

means I do it with my heart and soul.

I feel you, sense your energy, not just with my head,

where I tend to want to see,

but with my soul and heart,

where I do not seek to see you,

but just feel your energy and be with you.

It is so relaxing and so peaceful,

resting with your energy and spirit.
