RA:Blue Avians, I had a vivid dream where I had a meditation group.

A woman told me a friend wanted to join and another one also.

And asked if they could. I told her, sure.

I arrived at the meditation site and found a large group there.

“You are late,” I was greeted with. “Krista had to send for someone.”

I was horrified. I did not realize I was 40 mins late.

I told them I must have fallen asleep and will get the alarm clock next time.

I woke up and was glad it was only a dream. I was not late.

The dream did make me wonder what message it was giving me.

You could start it with that good friend of yours.

Start with the introductory short guided meditation,

go into 20 mins silent meditation.

After that, instead of another 30 minutes silent meditation,

you have the discussion on meditation and other spiritual topics.
