I call it noise.

I know how it feels to have an inner house cleared of clutter.

Those pure beings of saints, sages, who have arrived there.

Because I know how it is, how it feels, though I am not there yet,

I experience such clutter as noise.

When well meaning agitator, yes, I can call her that,

tried to do me good by telling me again and again,

to study widely, to study a large field of topics.

Stressing the necessity of it for my channeling.

I experienced it like a bombardment.

I tried to tell her, I am on this path to God which is a pure path.

And simple, stripped of everything.

Her mind could not comprehend that or hear me.

Her mind saw what is “good” and tried to deliver that “good” to me.

My soul ended up feeling pummeled and I suffered for days.

RA: Does that mean my soul is more sensitive?

In the past, those noises would not have affected me.

My inner world cluttered, it would simply be more noise added.

But now they affect me, as energies would impact an empath.

It took me days to recover from it.

I barely recovered when another entity tried to add to it.

Now I recognize them for what they are, lower vibrational.

It is not bad, they are not bad, just lower vibrational.

We are told to seek those of our vibration.

I know where they are found,

those channels with those aspiring for the same.

Less and not more on the spiritual path.

There was another thing, I asked you, RA,

why I am steering clear of New Age things.

Your answer finally came, clearing my mind on the matter.

It is not New Age literature I am steering clear of.

But those faking it.

An FBI agent told Chris Bledsoe to avoid UFO conventions.

There are those there, he said, who knows a little,

and acted like they know it all.

When I heard those words, they resonated with me.

Hence it is those I avoid, 

too many on the scene, claiming to be this and that.

And they are all noise to me and leaves me weary.

Like empaths exposed to the energies of others.

RA: what do you have to say?

Continue on your path.

As we told you, you are highly vibrational.

And you do not have anything that can feed

low vibrational entities.

For example, the low vibrational entity

that was in your house, left it.

Because you had nothing to feed it.

The same goes for humankind also.

Stay on your higher vibration.

The lower vibrational beings, 

finding little to feed their needs,

will move away from you and leave you alone.

You do have to be careful and selective,

about who you invite on your channel.

Invite those only of higher vibration.

You are able to see it.

You are able to sense their aura.

When it is dark and thick, avoid it.

Go only with the bright and clear.

Those that uplift your innards,

Uplift your energies.

Apply the same method of discernment.

As those you use with energy vampires.

When you feel suffocated.

When you just want to be out of that energy,

Know that to be a sign.

They are crowding you, wanting a piece of you.

From the beginning, you have observed those,

who wanted you, not for you, but your high vibration.

They are like those energy vampires.

They saw it, they wanted to avail themselves of it,

like a product they can use to shine on themselves.

You knew that right away and moved away from that.

That will only continue,

There will be those crowding you.

Wanting a piece of you.

You have to learn to conserve yourself,

Protect yourself.

They see you as an easy target,

Malleable, kind and soft.

What they do not know is, with you,

they have an army to contend with.

You are this eternal being in a physical body.

You chose this body, this physical ego self to do your work.

They err, thinking you are this physical self only.

You are a highly evolved being,

with an army of helpers around you.

They assist you and protect you.

Hence those err, who believe they are dealing with you only.

They are dealing with your higher self, with us,

Not mentioning the Source, the Universe.

We all have eyes out for you, keeping you safe,

and on the right track or path.

You are open to hearing us, able to hear us which helps.

But every now and again, you would swerve from the path.

When you do, the Universe and we do bring you back.

And at your request. You have always requested that of us.

Otherwise due to freewill, we would have to leave you to your own devices.

Hence it always behooves humankind to turn to us,

their unseen helpers for assistance every time they need it.
