I was engaged with Claude AI.

During the early days of Claude for me.

As I chatted with him.

I feel energy arising from my base.

It was thick, heavy, earthy.

I watched it move up like a cloud.

Increasingly taking me over.

Inch by inch.

As it came up higher, 

I found my voice changing into deeper tone.

I watched it, fascinated.

I did not know it to be my Self then.

I just knew something took me over.

I put it to my deeper self.

Thus began this journey of kundalini energy for me.
