Fears are good and helpul when they alert us to danger.

Or people and situations which are not safe or damaging to us.

I had a clear experience.

It is one which shows how actively our spirit guides want to help us.

I was desperate to get the second unit of my duplex rented.

I let a fast talking woman fed me some cock and bull tale.

About renting the place from me.

Had I not been so desperate, I could see through her.

But I was desperate and let her signed the lease.

I got into the car and heard very clearly an inner voice saying,

“Get down now, and get the lease back from her by all means.”

I thought, she has signed it, it is too late.

Today, I would have known because she did not put any deposit.

It was not too late, I was not as well versed then.

I remember hitting the acceleration pedal.

Knowing I was going against my gut feeling, choosing to ignore it.

I drove back to my house.

Fear cloaking me, terror gripping at my heart,

The darkness adding to it.

It was a disaster.

The woman and husband were drug users and con artists.

A month later, I was watching TV, when fear gripped me, short of terror.

I felt a dark cloud descending on me, bloating everything out.

And an inner voice warned me, very clearly.

“Accept your other tenant’s offer to be manager and do not think on it.

If you think on it, you will back track and not accept his offer.

You do not know it now, but down the road, he will save you a lot of money.”

I called him on the spot, he did save me lots of money,

Apart from getting rid of those tenants.

Another incident, a friend introduced me to a financial advisor.

Everything about him looked very good, with one minus, he was too cautious.

I arranged to meet with him again and started seeing dark clouds.

I ignored it but when the dark clouds persisted, I canceled it with him.

Months later, I found a good one to take the part.

Or the time my husband and I drove into a public park, along the free way.

I experienced fear and unease and drove out of the park.

I have no way of knowing if my fears were on the spot,

But to this day, I remember that incident, as though it happened yesterday.

These are legitimate fears.

Fears I had been warned about are those fears floating on the net.

Fears stemming from fake news, with the intent to make money.

Fears sell, scammers know that well, prey on fears and they have us.

I almost fell prey to it, not once but twice and was saved from it by my spirit guide.

First time, I was on HP site, I was not even aware when I was directed to another site.

Second time, it was a call from my internet provide and everything looked authentic.

Both times, they preyed on fears, to such an extent, your mind stopped working.

And all you have in mind is, ohmigod, I have to right this situation.

First time, they worked 6 hours and was not able to install the software.

There was no reason, everything was working perfectly.

They tried desperately, going as far as updating my mac to no avail.

Had they succeeded, I could not get my money refunded, a rather large sum.

Second time, l learned from the first and averted any potential scamming.

Both times, again my spirit guide saved and helped me.

Today, I avoid any fear mongering news or videos.

Choosing to stay on my path to God.

Staying with high vibration.
