I grew up near rivers.
There is something about rivers.
The peace, the calm, the flow.
Body of water that does not flow,
as in ponds, are stagnated.
That is how I feel myself to be at the moment, stagnated.
Like everything comes to a standstill and there is no movement.
Is it not healthy, as in a river?
A river that does not flow is not healthy.
Things that falls inside,
cannot be washed away with the tide,
they stay, rot and stink up the river.
But it is not the same with bodies of water
in a large pond or lake which generates life on its own.
It is the same here with me.
A time of stagnation is good and healthy.
It stops me in my tracks and tells me to re assess.
To stop thinking and re-assess.
How does one re assess, stopping the thoughts.
It allows the consciousness to come through and flow.
Or the unconscious, the subconscious.
When we stop the conscious mind,
the subconscious with its innate wisdom comes through.
