Ra: What does fear do?
I do not like fears.
It is suffering and I do not like suffering.
I move away from all sufferings.
Yesterday, I found myself asking,
What does fear do to us?
Ra, could you go into it?
You always warned against fear mongering.
What does it do to us?
How do you feel when talons grip hold of your heart
and squeezed it tightly, relentlessly?
That is what fear does to your heart.
It does not just affect your heart.
Your head swells and feels like bursting.
Your entire body stiffens and you go into a tense state.
It affects every part of your body,
every part of your organs.
And that is only the physical effect.
In a dangerous situation, it serves as warning,
Then when danger hits, it pushes adrenaline into your bloodstream.
And you are able to do things you normally are not able to.
Giving you superhuman strength and abilities.
Fear makes you live in darkness.
Fear paralyzes you, blind your thinking.
Fear is a powerful emotion which is why scammers use it.
They know the power of fear, how effective a weapon.
And they employ it.
They strike fears into your heart, rendering you unable to think,
caught in paralysis of mind.
That is when they move in, to the kill, and scam.
Cult leaders use fear to control its members,
building a net of fear around them, so that they are not able to think,
hemmed in within the perimeters of that fear.
The dark ones use fear also.
Sit back and now fill your heart with love and joy.
How do you feel?
The love of Jesus is tangible.
I am filling myself with the love of Jesus.
Jesus, would you be my guru?
I am filling it with the love, peace and joy of Jesus.
I am becoming one with Jesus.
My heart is opening out, releasing fears.
For days now, I have been experiencing fears.
Groundless fears that comes from nowhere,
causing me suffering and sadness.
I decided it is just existential sadness and embraced it.
Ra, I never really have affiliation with Jesus.
It was always the godhead with me.
But now I see him, like an ascended Master.
More than an ascended Master.
I see him in India, Persia learning what is so valuable to me.
I relate to this totality of Jesus.
His life in the gospel and in the Himalayas.
The fear is easing, peace taking over.
The words come, I am protected, I am protected.
Thank you, Ra.
Thank you, Jesus.
Ra: Love and joy replaces fear.
Strive daily to inject that love and joy into you.
Make it an exercise, on waking up.
Turn the dial of your heart to one of love and joy,
before any other fear can enter and take root.
You have been doing that since waking up.
Adjust that dial in your heart, which is your attitude.
We taught you how to do it.
You notice yourself doing it and marvel at it.
You notice also, on days you do it,
you do effectively manage your inner feelings.
On days you do not do it, you notice that fear.
The groundless fear entering your heart.
When you fill your being with love and joy,
even if you do not feel the joy.
It is like creating an armor of protection around you.
Protecting you from beings of darkness, humankind or spirits.
It is the armor of light, pushing out fear,
hence protecting you from the debilitating effect of fears.
Fears have that capacity of leaving you weak, debilitated.
So daily, keep filling your heart, your being with love and joy.
Wear it like a protective armor around you.
