There was a time when I was a political junkie.

Binge watching cable news all day long.

Then I got on this path and lost interest.

Because I felt safe again.

Now I do not feel safe,

and started binge watching again.

What does it do to me?

It fills me with emotions of fear, anger, hate.

It fills with anxiety and unhappiness.

It ties my heart in knots.

I decided to strike free by engaging in meditation,

Two to three hours daily in place of binge watching.

I want to arrive at that level of spirituality,

Where by my presence and silence,

I could be of service to others.

Where I could learn to harness energy.

And do healing.

It came to me recently.

As a healer, I would heal, with meditation.

My tool would be meditation alone.

And spirit had shown me how to do it.

I open my heart chakra and pray with my heart.

We are always with you.

Ever ready and very happy to be of assistance.

When you are keen on your spiritual journey,

we are right there, assisting you every step of the way.

Because of free will, we assist like from a distance.

We do not force, we do not infringe on your freewill.

We help when you call upon us.

We help when you reached out to us in aspiration.

It does not even have to be done consciously, intentionally.

Your aspiration reaches out to us like prayers.

And we hear it.

And that open doorway for us to help you.

When you shut us out, we let you be.

How do you shut us out?

By being engage in things of material gains.

Or when your heart is engaged with something, someone,

which eliminate all spiritual strivings from you.

When your heart is filled with ambitions,

not of service to others or spiritual.

When you are on your spiritual path.

Then you can be sure we are all around you.

How do we see you?

We do not see you the way you see each other.

Of no concern to us is your physical look.

It matters as little as paperback holding goods.

No, what we care about is your heart.

Your vibration.

We see you as vibration.

The higher your vibration, the more you shine.

The brighter your light.

Like a white light beckoning to us.

When you get suck into political things,

Which bring down your vibration.

We stand by and let you work it out of your system.

We know it is a only a matter of time,

you would tire of the effect it has on you.

For you do not like suffering.

Fears, anxieties, emotions of hate, anger are all sufferings for you.

The hate, anger stirred by videos.

When the party you routed for are treated unfairly or the like.

It become like a vice.

An aggravation for your soul.

You seek the gratification good news bring you,

And suffer when bad news fill the air.

You get the highs of good news,

and feel the lows of bad news.

It become a roller coaster,

unhealthy for you.

Would not a little emotion be healthy, you ask.

It makes you feel alive.

It is not healthy because it makes you unhappy.

What makes you unhappy is not healthy.

Unless it is earthly vicissitudes which brings lessons with it.

Unless it is something you have to undergo,

to learn and grow from it.

Bliss, you ask us how to maintain bliss in your soul.

The ever on bliss, like what saints, sages experience.

You fine bliss by moving inward, freeing yourself,

away from all that clings to your soul like leeches.

Bringing down your vibration.

You maintain bliss by being within your inner self.

Your real self where the Divine is.

Your real self, your true self is where

you experience that unchanging bliss.

And you know it.

You have arrived at your real self.

You have experience bliss.

Appreciate it, value it like the gem it is.

Continue to practice always being with your real self.

Observe energies in your upper head.

When you experience that strong energy,

know that it is your higher self alerting you,

reminding you to stay with it.

Your higher self is your real self, your eternal self.

Where bliss dwells everlastingly.

Because it is an eternal being.

Divine in nature.

Because it comes from the Divine Infinity.

Hence it has all the attributes of the Divine Infinity,

the love, the bliss, the joy, unity, harmony.

That Oneness of the Divine Infinity.
